Sandesh Deshmukh is a household figure in India thanks to his work motivating tens of thousands of people to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

Deshmukh is a native of Pune and practises a minimalist lifestyle. Bodybuilding and fitness have always been areas of interest for Sandesh. He thinks it’s crucial to maintain a sound mental state in order to keep one’s physical self in good shape. As a result of his example, many individuals have been inspired to pursue careers in the fitness industry. Sandesh believes that one should prioritise inner wellness over outer appearance.

The trainer has shown off his skills on multiple occasions, and at age 22, he took first place in the Pune Junior Men’s Physique Competition. As a junior, Sandesh also triumphed in the Physique Competition for Men in Maharashtra. To assist people in getting their health and wellness back on track, he established Fitness Garage. A bodybuilding gym. Sandesh, who came from a middle-class background, put in long hours and hardly any money to accomplish his ambitions.

Deshmukh sought the counsel of fitness expert Dr. Prashant Madane, who helped him accomplish his goals. Once Sandesh Deshmukh was questioned about it, he let go of the following. “Madane sir, is not just a fitness instructor but also a life coach. To help me out when I was having money problems, he helped me out. I owe a lot of my success to him and am pleased with how far I’ve come.” Recently, the ex-Pune Shree’s videos have gotten a lot of attention.

Sandesh Deshmukh has been honoured with the additional title of Maharashtra Shree in addition to his previous honour of Pune Shree. The fitness guru’s inspiring Instagram posts are just as regular as his training sessions. Sandesh has a lot on his plate for the next few months as he works to get people on the path to a healthier lifestyle.

Smile Dental and Implant Centre shared the benefits of Invisible Braces over the Traditional Braces Treatment in a recently held Press Conference

Smile Dental and Implant Centre shared benefits of Invisible Braces at a recently held press conference

New Delhi (India), April 7: In a recent press conference, Dr. Puli Sudhakar MDS, The Director of  Smile Dental and Implant Centre (https://smiledentalandimplantcentre.com) gave details about

the advantages of using Invisible Braces or clear aligners over Traditional Braces Treatment. The purpose was to provide knowledge to the public about this amazing aspect of dentistry.

People avoid metal braces for teeth because they are noticeable. They may cause discomfort or irritation. Additionally, one has to follow food restrictions and require frequent adjustments. But all these problems are a thing of the past. The revolutionary Invisible Braces or Clear Aligners help you get rid of all such issues. At the press conference, the leading dental care centre that is Smile Dental & Implant Centre, explained in detail the advantages of these Invisible braces.

The spokesperson of the reputed dental clinic said that “Our clear aligners are customized for each patient. They are nearly invisible and are designed to gradually and gently shift teeth into their proper position. Patients who use these braces experience less discomfort and require fewer adjustments as compared to the traditional braces.”

Dr. Puli Sudhakar, MDS, explains some of the important benefits of these braces. These teeth aligners are a discreet alternative to traditional metal brackets and wires. The best thing about them is that they are practically invisible. They are customized as per the patient’s need. They provide a comfortable fit without any discomfort or irritation.

Moreover, aligners can be easily removed for cleaning or brushing. Also, they do not have any food restrictions. By correcting misaligned teeth, aligners can also help prevent periodontal diseases. These braces can also help reduce other issues like bite issues, mouth sores, and difficulties in talking or chewing.

He further added that “Correcting teeth alignment is very important, not just from the cosmetic point of view. But also from a dental health aspect. But people tend to avoid traditional braces due to the problems associated with them. This is the reason that we want more people to know about this groundbreaking product which can be a game changer in the dental health arena.”

This renowned dental clinic in Hyderabad follows a highly systematic treatment process. This procedure was also explained by the expert of the clinic in the press conference. The dental clinic will schedule an initial consultation with a dentist based on the patient’s condition and requirements.

Once the patient is prepared to proceed, our dentist will capture 3D visuals of the teeth using an intraoral scanner, which will be used to develop a personalized treatment plan. The plan will take into account the current state of the teeth and how they will move into proper alignment during the treatment.

Using the patient’s treatment plan, the dentist customizes clear aligners to fit the individual’s teeth. The aligners are designed to be worn every day. They can be removed for eating, brushing, and flossing.

The patient progresses through the treatment process by switching to a new set of aligners every 2 weeks. Every 3 months, the patient meets with the dentist to evaluate the progress. To achieve the best results, the aligners should be worn for 20-22 hours per day. Once the treatment is completed, the patient can enjoy their new and improved smile.

The best dentist near me shall tell me that these new braces are a great option for individuals who want to improve the appearance of their smile without the embarrassment of traditional braces. They are also a popular choice for adults who may have missed the opportunity to get braces during their teenage years.

Some patients may have cost concerns. But at our clinic in As Rao Nagar, Ecil Hyderabad, these invisible braces are available at cost-effective rates. As compared to traditional braces, the cost of the new braces is less, and the benefits are more.

For complete details about the treatment procedure, one can connect with Smile Dental & Implant Centre (+91-7396529265). This clinic has a well-qualified team of dentists who have years of experience. The clinic has state-of-the-art infrastructure and uses the latest technology and methods to treat dental issues.

India’s Top 10 Doctors’ Advice: Early Detection and Treatment for Healthier Life

New Delhi (India), April 7: In a world where our schedules are packed with endless responsibilities and commitments, it’s easy to overlook our own health. We often put our health on the back burner until a serious health issue arises. However, the importance of early detection and treatment for maintaining good health cannot be stressed enough.

Early detection and treatment can help manage serious illnesses such as cancer, arthritis, heart disease, and diabetes and increase the chances of successful treatment. This World Health Day, several doctors share their expert advice on how to prioritize your health in the modern era. Join us in taking a proactive approach towards good health, starting today.

Dr.  ManojBansal, MBBS, MD, DM Cardiology (Gold Medalist), FCSI, Lead Cardiologist, KokilabenDhirubhaiAmbani Hospital, Indore & Secretary, Cardiological Society of India, Indore Chapter

Health, as defined by the WHO, is not just the absence of disease but also encompasses complete physical, mental, and social well-being. As we mark the 75th anniversary of the WHO, the theme for this year’s World Health Day is “Health for All.” Promoting health and preventing diseases is a shared responsibility.

As a cardiologist, I witness only a small portion of the affected population, and a significant number of patients are unaware of their lifestyle disease status. Heart diseases are hitting our country hard, with the young and productive age group seeing a high number of heart attacks.

My message to fellow countrymen on World Health Day is to adopt a healthy lifestyle with exercise, yoga, and a nutritious diet. Regular preventive health checks and controlling blood pressure, sugar, and cholesterol levels are crucial. Individuals with a family history of heart disease should be especially cautious.

Dr.SajidShaikh, MDS, Consultant and Lecturer, Ex-Observer – Tata Memorial Hospital, Smile 4U Family Dental Clinic, Mumbai

As a dentist, I cannot stress the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene for overall health enough. On this World Health Day, I urge everyone to make oral health a priority. Neglecting oral hygiene can lead to serious health consequences such as gum disease, tooth decay, and even heart disease. Brush your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and floss daily to remove plaque and food particles that can cause decay.

Additionally, limit sugary and acidic foods and drinks that can erode tooth enamel. Regular dental checkups and cleanings are also crucial in preventing and addressing oral health issues. Don’t delay seeking dental care if you experience any dental problems. Remember, a healthy smile is a key part of overall health and well-being. Early detection of any disease greatly increases the chances of successful treatment and survival rate.

Dr. S. S. Murthy, MBBS, DNB, MNAMS, Director & HOD – Ayushman Hospital, New Delhi

Early detection and treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD) are crucial for a healthier life, as CVD remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality. By being aware of the early signs of CVD and leading a heart-healthy lifestyle, most cases can be prevented. Screening tests to identify early vascular and cardiac abnormalities are effective in individuals without symptoms and clear-cut risk factors for CVD. Early identification of CVD risk factors and non-invasive testing for early disease onset is important for heart disease prevention.

Implementing early detection and treatment of CVDs offers benefits for clinicians, such as identifying ischemia more easily and reducing appointment wait times for patients with urgent medical needs. Additionally, early detection leads to decreased morbidity and mortality, fewer complications, and long-term survival for patients.

It is important for the public to prioritize heart health, make necessary lifestyle changes, and work with physicians to prevent CVD. By doing so, individuals can improve their quality of life and avoid preventable health issues.

Dr. NehaBhandari, M.B.B.S, DNB Pediatrics, GRIPMER fellow, Sir Ganga Ram hospital, IPNA fellow (NUH, Singapore), Sr. consultant, Ped Nephrology, Aakash Health Care Super Speciality Hospital, and Kompal Child & Kidney Clinic, Delhi

Early detection and early treatment can help you live a healthy life. Many kidney problems can be diagnosed before a baby is born through routine prenatal testing and treated with medication or surgery while the child is still young.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) prevention and early treatment are possible by managing risk factors like obesity, hypertension, hydronephrosis, recurrent urine infections, protein in the urine, diabetes, and congenital kidney and bladder abnormalities. Get your blood and urine tested for an early diagnosis. For treatment most important is weight loss, a low salt diet, avoiding junk, getting active, control high BP and diabetes.

Dr. Upendra D Bhalerao, MS, MCh, DNB, FIACS, Consultant Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon and Transplant Surgeon, Jaslok Hospital Research Center, Mumbai

Heart disease is on the rise and is among the most expensive diseases in society. Early detection of heart disease and heart failure is crucial to test lifestyle and pharmacologic interventions that can slow disease progression and improve patient outcomes. Lifestyle factors such as smoking, unhealthy diet, diabetes, high cholesterol level, high blood pressure, and lack of exercise increase the risk of heart disease.

If you experience chest pain, heaviness, uneasiness, excessive fatigue, or shortness of breath, see a cardiologist. Tests such as ECG, exercise stress test, and echocardiography assess heart function and can detect ischemic signs. Regular health checkups for diabetes, hypertension, and increased cholesterol with ECG, echo, and stress tests are advisable for everyone over 45. Those under 45 with high-risk factors should have yearly checkups. Detecting abnormalities early and getting necessary treatment can prevent serious heart disease and cardiovascular morbidity.

Dr. Sonik ShahM.S (Ortho, Mumbai), FIMIAS, FIAS (GERMANY), Diploma in Sports Medicine (International Olympic Committee Certified, Swiss), All India Superspeciality Hospital, Mumbai

Overuse injuries are prevalent among immature and recreational athletes and early detection and treatment are vital for a safe return to play. Prompt recognition and treatment of common overuse injuries such as stress fractures, knee and shoulder pain, and “Little League Elbow” can lead to quicker recovery and prevent long-term effects.

Current research highlights that recreational athletes are more susceptible to these injuries due to their untrained musculoskeletal system. Growing regions in the growth plates make adolescents more prone to injuries from sports such as gymnastics, running, and baseball. However, not all overuse injuries are related to growth plates and can cause long-term problems if neglected. Athletes should work with trainers and specialists to create a safe rehabilitation program to return to play once healing is complete. Contact for knee, shoulder, and hip-related injuries.

Dr. Varun Aggarwal, MBBS, Ms- Orthopaedics, Joint Replacement Surgeon, Golden Clinics, Chandigarh

On this World Health Day, it is important to highlight the significance of Keyhole spine surgery. This minimally invasive surgical technique has revolutionized the field of orthopedic surgery by offering patients a safer, less painful, and faster recovery option compared to traditional open surgery. Keyhole surgery involves making small incisions, less than one inch in length, and using specialized instruments to access the spine without damaging surrounding muscles and tissues.

This leads to a reduced risk of complications and postoperative pain and enables patients to return to their normal activities in a shorter amount of time. I would recommend considering Keyhole spine surgery as a treatment option for those who suffer from spinal conditions. It is a safe and effective procedure that can greatly improve patients’ quality of life.

Dr. Rachana S Shah, DNB (Opthal)Fellowship InVitero Retinal Disease & Surgeries, All India Superspeciality Hospital, Mumbai

Urbanization, industrialization, and changing lifestyles have increased diabetes prevalence and its associated complications like neuropathy, nephropathy, and vascular diseases. Diabetic retinopathy is a significant cause of avoidable blindness in India. Early treatment interventions can reduce the burden of blindness. Good glucose control can slow down diabetic complications. Smoking, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia can worsen the condition.

Any vision changes or pain must be reported immediately. Regular follow-up care with an ophthalmologist, even when asymptomatic, is crucial. Early treatment with injections or lasers can reduce progression. Diabetic retinopathy is best diagnosed with a comprehensive dilated eye exam. Educating patients about these factors can help manage diabetic retinopathy.

Dr. Saurabh Bansal, Gastrointestinal Laparoscopic Cancer and Robotic Surgeon, The Clinics by Surgeons House, Delhi

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial, especially amid chaos. As a doctor, I always advise my patients to prioritize gut health. On World Health Day, I emphasize the importance of a healthy gut. Undue stress, bad eating habits, and low water and fibre intake are common reasons for gut disorders like gastritis, infection, and reflux. Smoking and alcohol worsen the situation.

Symptoms like a full abdomen, chronic reflux, vomiting, altered bowel habits, a lump in the abdomen, weight loss, fatigue, and jaundice could indicate gastrointestinal cancer. Healthy eating habits, maintaining a healthy weight, limiting alcohol and quitting smoking can help. Regular checkups and addressing gut symptoms that persist for more than 3–4 weeks are essential. Remember, good tummy health is essential for a healthy life!

Dr. Sameer Arbat, MBBS, MD Pulmonology, PDDM (Mumbai), FCCP (USA), Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology (Italy), Interventional Pulmonologist – One Healthcare, Nagpur

World Health Day is observed on April 7th every year to raise global health awareness and mark the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1948. The day emphasizes the significance of healthy living and ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare services. It encourages people to be mindful of their health, improve their lifestyle and make necessary changes. WHO’s goal is to ensure Health for All, where everyone has access to necessary health services without any financial burden. Unfortunately, almost 30% of the global population lacks access to basic healthcare, and around two billion people face catastrophic healthcare costs.

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) can lift people out of poverty, promote community well-being and safeguard against public health emergencies. To achieve Health for All, we need access to quality healthcare, skilled health workers, and policymakers committed to investing in UHC.

Kitchen Brand Store – India’s Revolutionary Platform Eliminating Distributor’s Hassle

Sell branded products on all online marketplaces

New Delhi (India), April 7: Online shopping has today become convenient, thanks to the internet. E-commerce has made it possible to purchase anything without a physical visit. That’s why more and more retailers and distributors are migrating their physical presence to online platforms.

An online presence is especially for distributors and retailers who want to expand their reach and attract more customers. By having an online store, distributors and retailers can make their products available to a broader audience without the limitations of a physical store.

Today, numerous marketplaces have emerged in the digital space, making it possible for distributors, retailers, and vendors to showcase their products and leverage online sales.

Unfortunately, they witness numerous hurdles when listing their products/items at various marketplaces.

PROBLEM 1: Hectic & Messy Backend: The prime issue is a complex backend system used to upload their products. It requires significant time and creates frustration for non-techies. In rare scenarios, sellers might hire someone to take care of marketplaces and upscale their online sales.

PROBLEM 2: High Commission on Every Sale: Another big heck is the high commission sellers pay to the marketplace for using their online platform and associated services.

NOTE: That’s the major reason most Ecommerce platforms show higher pricing compared to local vendors/distributors.

PROBLEM 3: Time-consuming to Calculate Tax, Final Price, Discount, etc.

Calculating taxes, final prices, discounts, and other charges on e-commerce platforms can be a time-consuming task for distributors. TDS and TCS deduction by marketplaces also cause loss of capital.

PROBLEM 4: Hassle of Handling Returns, Logistics, or Any Claims

Another big heck for the selling partners is handling unexpected returns, damage, logistics, or any claims. In all marketplaces, they (sellers) are solely responsible for handling this hassle, which is irritating in the long run.

PROBLEM 5:  No Opportunity to Grab Local Footfall: Most marketplaces deliver items from distant sellers, whereas the same item is available at your local store. This declines the local footfall of the local sellers.

PROBLEM 6: No Option to Offer Easy EMI, No Cost EMI, or Similar Payment Options: Options like No Cost EMI, Bajaj Finance, ZestPay or Pay later May not be available with every retailer and only with Modern retail. Which makes them at a disadvantage.

PROBLEM 7: Unable to Sell Specific Brands Online: Selling on Marketplaces directly exposes them and puts offline business relationships with brands in jeopardy.

KITCHEN BRAND STORE – A Revolutionary Marketplace for Distributors

Eliminating all the mess mentioned above, Kitchen Brand Store has built a revolutionary marketplace for every distributor, regardless of their online proficiency, literacy, and financial skills.

Dr. Hetal Tamakuwala, a Surat dentist and mother of two, won the Ironman Triathlon in Malaysia

Surat (Gujarat) [India], April 7: When Dr. Hetal Tamakuwala is not providing dental care, she is likely to devote her time to physical activities such as cycling, running, or swimming, possibly in preparation for an upcoming competition. Dr. Hetal, a dental professional who runs the ‘Dr. Hetal’s Advanced Dentistree’ clinic in Surat’s Pal-Adajan, has long participated in triathlons. She completed the gruelling Full Ironman triathlon in Malaysia and finished 10th overall, bringing Surat, Gujarat, and the country to international prominence. Dr. Hetal has become the country’s first female dentist, India’s ninth female athlete, and Gujarat’s second to complete the Iron Man Triathlon.

Dr. Hetal’s year-long commitment to intensifying her training regimen culminated in the arduous triathlon, which included a 3.8 km swim in the sea, 180 km cycling, and a full 42 km marathon run. The Iron Man tasks were supposed to be completed in 17 hours, but Dr. Hetal completed them in 15 hours and 40 minutes, placing her 10th in the world.

Surat, known throughout the world as a diamond and textile city, is now making its mark in the field of sports as well.  Many sports personalities from the city have made Surat, Gujarat, and the country’s names shine at the international level through their energetic performances.

Hetal Tamakuwala said she never imagined 10 years ago that she would one day complete the gruelling Full Iron Man Triathlon. “I won a silver medal in a two-kilometer race in Surat ten years ago.” This success sowed the seeds of my desire to become an athlete in me.  Since then, I’ve been putting in long hours of practise in order to become a medical athlete.  I used the “Rule of 7″ for this, which means 7 hours of clinical practice, 7 hours of competition training, and 7 hours of sleep in a day.”

Dr.Hetal took up swimming practise in the Tapi river and Causeway, as well as the Surat District Cricket Association (SDCA) swimming pool at Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Piplod, because the Full Iron Man Triathlon requires swimming in the sea. She chose to ride from Surat to Saputara and Surat to Dang for cycling practice, as well as some routes in Surat city.  Winning the Iron Man title and accomplishing all of this would not have been possible without the family’s support and the coach’s guidance.

“From the beginning, I have had the moral support of my husband, Dr. Deepak Tamakuwala, and sons, Dr. Dhruv and Devansh; swimming coach Jignesh Sarang Sir and cycling coach Tarak Shah Sir gave me valuable advice. Assam: Ulfa(I) cadre laid down arms before security forces

Guwahati: An ULFA (I) cadre has surrendered to a joint team of Assam Rifles and Tinsukia Police, on the eve of the so called ‘Foundation Day’ of the proscribed group.

It is reported that the active cadre of ULFA (I) group was tracked and persuaded to join the mainstream, which he did after fleeing from a camp in Myanmar.

Sources said the cadre, whose name is Self Styled Private Modon Asom alias Mintu Moran, was persuaded to lay down his arms and join the mainstream by the security forces.

It is said that he fled from the dismal conditions of the ULFA (I) camp in Myanmar and surrendered to the Khonsa Battalion of Assam Rifles.

According to sources, the cadre is reported to be undergoing documentation and other formalities as part of his surrender process.

The surrendered cadre is said to have revealed that the life at under ground camps was pitiable with acute shortage of resources.

He said the cadres were subjected to inhumane behavior by their superiors.

It was this total disregard towards the wellbeing of their own cadres that finally prompted Modon Asom to flee the camp and lay down arms.

The surrender of this active cadre on the ‘Foundation Day’ of ULFA (I) comes as a massive blow to the militant outfit.

The revelations made by the surrendered militant have reaffirmed the reports of poor living conditions and exploitation of youth including girls, who are lured to join such groups on false promises and antinational sentiments.

It again points towards the hollowness of the ideology of the group and the futility of their struggle, while reminding the youth to stay away from their cadres and proxies.
